I approached Horikawa's musings about as seriously as I approach all forms of Engrish.
That's not to say that the Julius manifesto didn't immediately come to mind when I saw that hang tag, but it's really the whole panty-dropping mystique that elevates PJH to historic levels of WTF.

The alcohol poison inducing drinking game that goes with
“I am wearing my thrifted fur coat I found in Paris when I used to live there. The trousers are vintage suit trousers, shoes Vagabond, bag thrifted without a tag and the cardigan and shirt underneath from Zara. The necklace is from Stradivarius. My style is mostly inspired by Parisian chic combined with streetstyle. I love to search inspiration from TikTok and Pinterest and I always try to look for new and unconventional ways to style ordinary clothes.”
Basically go through the Hel Looks site and take an amount of shots of spirits specified for each ‘crime’.
1 for every second hand clothing item mentioned.
1 for every item which used to belong to the wearer’s (grand)parent.
1 for each mention of customization. “Self made” doesn’t count.
1 for multiple neon colours. Combining other painfully cheerful and bright colours count as well.
1 for every item explicitly mentioned to been bought from abroad, except..
2 if it was from Japan.
1 for every mention of a decade as a source of inspiration, except..
2 if it was the 80s.
1 for every celebrity NOT associated with design/modeling being credited for inspiration.
1 for every self-consciously outrageous accessory. Ridiculously oversized bags, huge jewelry..
