The Givenchy selection is a pile of shit, perfect for Kanye and the fellaz. I have to admit though that I respect Tisci for what he achieved. He took over the menswear division in 2008 (a dead brand name if you ask me) and managed to lead it to the top by dethroning Dior Homme, KVA, Dsquared, Neil Barrett etc.

gotta agree. in some way I want to like the label, and I did like some of the elements in the past seasons, but it has gotten worse. Theres a thin line between quirky and gimmicky and this definitely falls in the latter.

Plus what Tisci said in that one interview about wanting to make print t-shirts so anyone can buy them (at €400) made him sound like a dick.
