I seriously can't wait to get married... Although i think it won't be soon. I just look at my parents (my mum was 25 when I was born) and I think it's so amazing being young, living with someone and having kids (although that doesn't really mean you've to be married).

The discussion about clothes and wives/girlfriends is hilarious, and I completely understand where everybody is coming from. I especially agree with Eton, as I also have had to split some purchases between cash/credit. One of the good things about wearing clothing that looks similar in colour and style to most people is that you can say to your wife "I have had these black pants/boots/grey sweaters for years; you've seen me wear them many times".

Haha, Faust, you would think that was the case by reading a 'Recent Purchases' thread. Sometimes its too much effort justifying the purchase of a $1500 jacket, so you fudge the numbers a little bit. Of course, if that is the sixth jacket you have purchased this season, maybe Shopaholics Anonymous is the right place to call.
