There are no Chanel's men pieces (well barely any), only women's pieces in men sizes (like this one). It is about as girly and iconic as a Dior dress so I'm curious to see it worn in a way that isn't about dressing like a woman but in either mixing diverging signals or integrating it in a typically masculine look.

forgive my ignorance, but when did chanel start producing men's pieces independent from womens lines? as far back as i can recall chanel has only produce womenswear. from what i have seen it's womenswear slightly altered to menswear cuts. there's something that strikes me odd about the whole thing. can you post fit pics of you in the jacket? would be interesting.

I just assumed Smash was a woman...but to each their own...many on this board (including me) say "wear what you like", so if it's men's or women's is really irrelevant. I was asking because I saw that piece recently in the ladies section.

I have seen a few men's pieces by Chanel...I recall announcing there would be some at one of the NYC boutiques, but when I went, all they had were a tacky sportswear-esque jacket and a few ties.

        Anyway, still a beautiful jacket.

I like the tweeds but those holes remind me the destoryed Balmain tee.

All of the comments on this jacket can be predicted. Totally agreed its a womens jkt but in mens size, ironically that is the reason why I love it. Be honest, not intend to wear, forgive me how ridiculous it is.

K.T : few more pic in details
