I bought a new turntable a few years ago that set me back quite a bit...I hated it. Ended up returning it for speakers. Turns out I preferred the accurate sound of the computer over the "warm" sound of vinyl.

After looking around for what seems like ages for a pair of boots I really like, I settled on these Layer-0s. First pair of decent boots I've ever owned and I'm really happy with them. I wanted something relatively stocky and not too feet hugging in appearance, as I originally got a pair of Guidi boots but they made my feet look too small.
These have a pseudo-aged appearance compared to the Guidi ones I exchanged them for which again is what I wanted. They fit my feet nice and snug, and the toe is super rigid/structured which keeps the shape it has in the picture, again something i was looking for.
All in all really happy, everything I wanted, possibly would have preferred the shorter version but with the exchange the store only had the longer and they are just fine.

Yeh, the ones I have are the 8-hole version of the pair on the sartorialoft blog. I really like the ones on PNP's blog too with the fleeced inner lining and zip up the side.
I will take some better pics for here or WAYWT when the Premier League is finished later
