You’re right. The fabric does feel and look very much like distressed leather.
But the care label says this so I guess it really is cotton after all . . .

i guess this belongs in the RP thread since just got them, but might be a small questions post. boots just came in . the left one has this discoloration and slightly more wrinkled look to it , not sure how much i care since i don't take care of footwear much but for a supposedly $1k-retail boot to arrive new like this is a bit awkward.
