rommel, I wear zam's jeans tight as well. they'll give a little over time. I agree with ian+, some of the stacking needs to be let out, if you do it yourself be sure to reapply the hem tape to avoid fraying at the bottom.
aside from that wear them into the ground man, they can take a beating!

Thanks guys for your thoughts on the inseam, I may get that hemmed up in the future. I did have Zam take the waist and leg opening in, and thought I would give the long inseam a try.
They are tight in the upper half and I'm hoping they'll stretch out some, I guess I don't have to worry about my thighs splitting the seams as like everyone has said, these are built solidly and should be able to take a beating and stretching
