I bought way too much shit while in NY but I did get a good deal on those Raf Astronaut sneaks today which I am completely stoked on. I didn't like them in pictures but on, I love them to death. I kop'd. Robokopped.

Plus, i've had too much beer tonight. G'dbye NY. I will miss thee.

Yea, it was a lot of fun, definitely one of my best trips to date. I was stoked to meet up with some of the people on here; definitely great peeps. I'll be back very soon for sure.

On another food note (speaking of molecular gastronomy), bought chocolate truffles from Vosges in Soho today: some crazy-ass flavors that shouldn't work, but where extremely tasty: milk chocolate truffles topped with crisp bacon with a bacon ganache, and Kalamata olive-topped white chocolate truffles with extra virgin olive oil, which. was. aMAZing.

I did pick this up in my size (hooray for a size 4!)

A lovely casual piece for chillier weather.

Also placed an order for the MA+ red cross short sleeve and long sleeve tees. I contemplated the leather arm warmers but opted not to even though they were on sale (ah... hard to fight a SZ-ism).

With all due respect to everyone I had one of the worst experiences ever at WD-50 after the place was hyped to me by restaurant industry friends back in California. I took my girlfriend there for a disastrous birthday dinner that culminated with us eating a frothy dessert that tasted exactly like burnt crystal meth. I ate the entire thing with bemusement and disbelief waiting for the high that never came...
