Johnny, my friend who's in Paris with me and I have been to basically every single stockist of Lanvin within the last 3 days and we both agree that we've seen it SOMEWHERE in Paris. All of the Lanvin we've looked at and tried on seems to be blurring together, so we can't figure out exactly who has it! BUT my friend seems to think it was the L'Eclaireur on Champs Elysees, and that would make it 40% off ("privately"). Give them a call.

^^^ Love it love it love it!! I tried it (or a piece a lot like it!) on several times this week at Faubourg-St.Honore. I picked up a lot of stuff during the presale, but didn't get that piece. Can't wait to see it on you.

What did you get? BTW did you drop by Balenciaga, I wanna know if the varsity is in stores and how much it retails for. Might not be there yet and there's a possibility it will drop around official sales time, as new stock often does.

Well I bought a suit off someone I knew, new with tags from last season for a great price. Then I figured I needed some more stuff to go with it, so at the store I got a great pair of shoes, that black pleated shirt, neck tie, and bow tie.

I was at Balenciaga today, what does the varsity look like? Are you talking about Fall collection?

Well it won't go on official sale before june (24 june to 28 july). New stuff should drop around that point.

Yeah official sale, but nearly everyone else is already having their "private" sales. Hell Lanvin and Rick even let me buy at 40% BEFORE the official PREsale.

Just returned from Lanvin (any excuse, really!) and they have this jacket in this color for €1680 - 40% = €1008.
