+1, they're sourced from the same factory and many people had problems. The Paris store sent the shoes back...

They're glued, the "seam" comes undone.

Exactly, it's just glue. Also both rubber sole's completely detached, and before I even purchased them, the zipper track detached.

I just picked this goatskin leather up from forward in large because it was more than half off with free overnight shipping and was originally listed at $1716.
Anyone actually tried one of these on? I heard the leather quality is good but I have no idea on the fit. I can always return it but I figure at that price, it's gotta be at least OK.

I posted up a review in the OD thread earlier this year. when I tried on size 2 or medium. I'm normally 46-48. The jackets fit very slim and tight. I believe he used goat leather for this jacket. Good pickup at $500.

Thanks sshum...I remembered reading that but I don't know why I didn't catch it in the thread. I sized up from a medium to a large and I'm glad I did now. Thanks for the info and for the link. Looking forward to seeing it first hand.
