Unless of course he did not realize that 1) Carol uses the English sizing system which is one size larger than the US 2) that they run big on top of that. Still sucks. What if you put an insole?

I ordered a 7 and got an 8, when I order a 7 from CCP I assume I'll get an CCP sz 7.

Already put in the soles that come with the shoes, and they still are too big, an extra insole would maybe push my foot up to the ankle, but they still would be humongous in length.

ah thanks. so what's the fit like then fade, compared to normal YY sizing? yeah, and do a right way out WAYWT just for info!

it's fairly fitted on the YY spectrum. I got a 4 and it fits with room for a little give , the 3 was too snug (i am an EU 48)

i would send 'm back if you can as with a custom order you should get what you order and not a size up .. you have waited so long that waiting a little bit longer wouldnt even hurt that much, it's just the big dissapointment that hurts..

its of course their responsibility to replace, but who knows how long the wait would be, so I could see myself going this route if I was in the same situation...
