I saw the yellow version of that Julius jacket hanging up in Isetan in Shinjuku - not my style, but it's definitely a sick piece. Great leather.

I got an Adam Kimmel 3 in 1 double-breasted belted overcoat from 2007. A waterproof navy 75% cotton/25% polyurethane coat attached to a black 75% wool/25% cashmere coat. The two coats can be worn together with either side facing out, or each coat can be worn separately...it's pretty cool.

sounds pretty cool, actually. although i'm often suspicious of such things - too much garment, if you know what i mean.

The coat's functionality and the simplicity of the detailing keeps it from seeming overdesigned, I think...Kimmel generally knows where to stop.

It's a big coat, too - fits in the shoulder, but falls straight down to right below my knee - but it feels surprisingly light for the volume.
