maybe i mixed you up with laika (?) i don't know. I've seen a few awesome junya pieces being bought in here, but never seen how people who wear them appear like in other aspects.
no shortage of junya love on this board.
thats a special top for sure, fade to grey. the poly junya did that season is especially nice, its a substantial heavy weight so the folds and pleats hold beautifully, but you probably already know that!
my recent junya piece is this ivory top with the zipper neckline. its light muslin with layers of brass zippers. i didnt know when i ordered it but has a sheer layer of cotton sewn between the muslin for another interesting effect.
not sure about the marni shoes but they seem very deranged which i like
/\ Nice, i remember seeing this piece at barneys a few seasons back,
really wonderful pick up.

thanks so much.
maybe i am wrong with muslin terminology, may i ask those that know fabrics to explain it? the cotton top is very lightweight, almost sheer and a very fine, tight weave, smooth texture and soft, cool tact. is that muslin or cotton of another name?
also, i have another in small if someone is interested pm.

It could be muslin. It's just usually muslin is used to make prototypes, before the real pieces are made with another fabric. It's sort of a bastard material, I suppose (although it's nice to the touch, actually). Something I'd expect Margiela to use in his finer days of deconstruction.
