@CUTUP - I wasn't expecting the rubber treatment to be so solid! They almost feel like studs on soccer shoes, I feel taller when I wear them which is great cause I need the height haha... and boy, the weight of these babies are just ridiculous.

@Z - I really hate bidding as well but when its for a grail... you need to go ALL IN on that shit man

I now understand why some people here are obsessed with sissyp. There are no CCP stockist around where I live so I really look forward to handling more pieces in person next week when I get to London/Paris

congratulations on the grail - though i dont think these would be a very practical trainer shoe for 'regular use.' perhaps you were speaking figuratively but i think they would be difficult to incorporate into any wardrobe that wasnt seemny's (all ccp.) i actually think theyre pretty ugly dipping a pretty ugly shoe in dip doesnt help. but if they make you happy im happy for you

^ shared similar thoughts when I first saw them but I think you would be surprised how versatile these sneakers really are.

I don't think you need an all ccp wardrobe as long as you know how to rock them with the right proportions. I will try to get a waywt pic up soon!

haha. I have a pair in black and I can't deny them being kind of grotesque. but thats probably part of the appeal..

I also like the fact that when worn, they kind of fall in between a boot and a sneaker, if you wear pants over them they don't stick out much so wearing them isn't really a problem.
