From my little experience in cdiem boots (seen 3-4 pairs in person) they look fake to me too.

The picture below is of an original Nobuyoshi Araki polaroid. But I've never seen an Araki polaroid signet on the front, only on the back, so I'm wondering if this one is a fake. But then again, I've not seen too many of his polaroids. Do any of you have a clue about it? I would be very thankful :-)

just to give you guys some insight, i bought from mansense outside of ebay.
i reported the fake items to ebay, but they couldn't do anything if it wasn't purchased from ebay. and this was back when paypal did not offer "not as described" protection so paypal couldn't help me either.
i reported him to ic3, another agency online, the canadian mounties, montreal police. the only real solution was to contact my bank to do a chargeback for fraud. it wasn't just the money i wanted back, but i want to know how far i can go to reach him without actually reaching him..
i think SPVM called him about my complaint, but nothing else happened. i wish they knocked his door down like fucking gangbusters and confiscate everything. anyway, even if his account was banned on ebay, it's so easy to start another, or even change the account name like he just did..
Nemesis, you need to report him to ebay for selling fake shit. I can't do it, but you can. And neg rep him so everyone knows in feedback what he's peddling..

Honestly, it would almost be worth buying something for the sole purpose of giving neg rep and complaining to Ebay and Paypal.
If I lived in NY where I could walk into a Rick store with the goods, I'd do it in a second for the greater good. My concern is only for the people who are getting duped because I have a feeling that knowing they're fake won't stop a lot of people.
I got a feeling (from the earlier discussion with the link to all the Bootlegged Rick crap) that a lot of people don't mind getting fakes as long as they realize they're fake and getting a cheap price.
Wasn't that the popular consensus? It serves a purpose for people who can't afford the real thing so it's not such a negative aspect?Originally posted by mizzarSorry for being kind of a dick to you.
