I don't really see whats wrong with the pants too anyways. If anything, its the shape/cut of the 'one' back pocket which makes it unique. Also, Sydneys is located in Canada yeah? Maybe there is some sort of connection between the store and the ebay seller.

For future reference, would someone mind pointing out exactly what makes them a give-away as a fake? I'm comparing the tags with some of my Rick pieces that I know are legit, and from what I can tell the font appears to be a bit off, the composition information is in the wrong place, and additional care tags are missing? Anything else?
