I think the cuffs are the biggest giveaway... legit RO has much thicker cuffs.

The Geo is fake. There's big different of the Back size zip compare with legit RO

"the code doesn't match the jacket/material". During 2008/2009 FW season, Rick Owens produced these geo high collar leather jackets in the following 4 models:

1. Washed Lamb Skin - RU2770 LP - this version has a shiner and more distressed texture than the calf version.

No one here has provided any 'evidence' of it being fake.. If he provides evidence that it's real then it's your call.. I'd definately be interested in seeing a Paypal reciept or otherwise for the original purchase, with proof that it's his reciept..

with regard to the authenticity of the jacket- I would like to use this opportunity to thank you all you guys for such a quick and great respond. the close up photo will be posted here again just before I close the dispute. in addition- the seller himself is very helpful with me during all my question as well.
