tag info is way off, says they are lamb leather which they are not
plus there is a rip running down the pockets and 2 holes
the material seems very comfy though, similar to the polin but smoother
tag reads 77% cotton and 23% silk as lining which seems right as the outer

If I recall, he did those shorts in a silk blend that would fit the description you gave of the material. The likely are samples, since Yoox seems to end up with a lot of those and tags are usually inaccurate and inconsistent.

hard to say. the sole doesn't look right. You should ask the picture of the zipper

I have the more recent version of these sneakers and they look different from the pair on ebay, but could it be possible that the pair on ebay is just an much older version +/- used and refurbished?

No. Did you look at the logo? How exactly do you 'refurbish' a pair of sneakers anyway? If they had added rubber to the soles I'm sure they would have mentioned it.

And the photos are fine. This is the authentic version (the photo of which took me 5 seconds to find on google), notice any differences?
