I think legit, also, not brand new. But, only to confirm, perhaps you can ask the seller pictures of the insole (it must have the Rick Owens logo). Rick Owens Tags Legit Check

Bought some RO shorts off eBay but I have doubts about the tags because the two tags are different sizes, the signature might be on the wrong side and the text seems too bold. Are these tags legit?

Are they SS13? like this (but in black)?

Since they appear to be from the new collection I am not 100% sure, maybe they are legit, but I would say fake at first sight. This because, usually, the text must be slightly "dotted", examples:
1 2 3 4

No, they are RO mainline, so it must not have DRKSHDW labelling. But if you have doubt, maybe it would be better if you return the item. Are they from a reputable ebay store?

No, they are from a German eBay seller. I am in the US.

You could see easily that it is fake if you could look at the tags. That model was a popular knockoff on ioffer (hence, on ebay), today I could not find the exact same model, similar 1 2 3

Yes, indeed, I have not seen fakes with this sticker. The only weird issue is why the first tag (size,model) looks legit and the second one (care, sign) looks fake in the pics you posted. Let's see other's opinion

Deuce, about this question, just today I was checking new RO items on ebay, and I found this, again some offering this specific fake jacket, but now you can see the tags:

There is another seller offering fake RO, and I think they work together (or it is the same), they have the same text in their listing:

Look at the history of this seller, you can see a lot of examples of fake RO.

Hey JoseCC,

Thanks for your help. I feel fairly certain that it's a legitimate piece. I looked around the web at a lot of fakes and they don't seem to ever have the spotty typing as seen on the first label or the item sticker on the rectangular tag.
