I wear 45 in Rick Owens high tops rather roomy...
Could i fit a UK 10 (44 i think) in the Rick Owens Stivale Creeper Boot?

In my experience, you want to size down 1 in BBS boots -- they also stretch.

Small as fuck, same as past season outerwear. {snip}Arms are especially slim.{/snip} Arms on this particular piece are normal, piece is still running small, size down one.

I am thinking about the CCP tornado boots in size 10.

How do they run? I'm a 43,5 in Rick Owens trainers, 43,5 in AD hightops, 43 in Rick Owens Combats, in most other shoes 43,5-44.

My forefoot is quite "wide" (that's a problem with some shoes that have a slim front part).

ich trage 41-41,5 und der 7 passt. bei no seam aber eher der 6 weil sehr weit geschnitten. wenn du einen weiten fuß hast, dann nehme den "no seam".

in my experience they both run true to size, i.e. if you are a 44 in one, then you are a 44 in the other...

It translates to EU 44.

outsole 30cm, width 10.5cm. sounds roughly like a 42-43 to me.
