For safety is Medium, But I guess you should go for the size small if you fit almost small 48 or big 46.

Based on f/w 12 i'd say definitely one size up, but be ready that in the armpit area it will fit like one size down anyway. Sizing is so damn weird, shapes are really awesome though.

Not sure if different leathers size differently but I had a moto collar leather in L which fit me and I'm a true to large 48.
