True to size but it depends on the season. I have found that SS ones fit a bit tighter.

If you're going for the looser fit go TTS. You can size down and still fit it though, shoulders are a bit tight though if you do.

Unfortunately, they only had one size larger so I was hoping they would run slim. Sold out by now anyway, but good for future reference. Thanks for the help!

Not sure about that model specifically, but Ann D footwear has always fit close to TTS for me, if not slightly larger by 1 size. I think it will easily work for a TTS 8.5 - 9.

Can somebody help with Devoa coats sizing (washi coat) - I am usually 48 in European size (182/75).

Is size 2 consider 48 or M? Are they true to size?

I got these measurements for the coat from the seller:

Size 2
Shoulders-49cm
Pit-Pit-56cm
Length-98cm
Sleeves-71cm

Size 3
Shoulders-51cm
Pit-Pit-58cm
Length-100cm
Sleeves-71cm

But even size 2 seems too large, when comparing to any other coats that I own.

Size 3 in Devoa typically corresponds to a EU48. Either this item runs large or the seller is measuring incorrectly. If I were you, I would ask the seller for pictures that actually show the tape measure pressed against the coat.

^ Size 2 has generally been regarded as a 46 and 3 a 48. That being said, I too am generally a 48 and I have two Devoa coats. A size 2 from SS12, which fits slim on me and measures 44.5 cm S2S and 51 cm P2P. The 3 from several seasons ago is raglan shouldered but is 54 cm P2P and very lean. I've read that Devoa coats were starting to fit larger but the posted shoulder measurements appear disproportionately large. Could some of your measurement request been lost in translation?
