    drkshdw shorts/pants sizing

I've tried two pairs, the heavier and lighter jersey, both in size S, and they were gigantic. I'm a 50/L, and I was swimming in these. The length is obviously supposed to be long and baggy, but even the waist was huge, the S would easily stretch to fit a 52/XL. The S pretty much looked like the modeled ones here, which according to LN-CC are an L on a guy my size.

Do they just make the same ones and tag different sizes for fun or what?

I tried the mainline pod shorts, and while they fit big as well, at least there is a difference between sizes. as a 50 I was able to fit 46, 48 was already roomy and 50 was too big and kind of lost the cool silhouette.
Thanks for the info Lowrey, I was also seriously considering buying those shorts and some dropcrotch. I am normally M/48 in Drkshdw and L/50 in RO mainline, I was going to order size M, but now I'm hesitating and thinking about purchasing S.
if anyone out there has some info or feedbak on SS13 sizings for drkshdw shorts and pants it would be helpful!
I asked LVR for measurements but they couldnt provide any "for logistical reasons".
    ssence.com provides these measurements:
    size S: waist 38 cm.
    size M: waist 40cm.
    size L: waist 42 cm.
their model is 1m85 tall and wearing a size S. his measurements are waist: 76cm and hips 94 cms. which is kind of confusing bc I don't get how is it possible to have so much difference between waist and hips. I am also 94 cm at the hips, something like 90cm at the waist
I am not as tall (1m74) and he is defintily skinnier than I am... so I'm kind lost here on what size should I get...
    any help welcomed !

the drkshdw pants on ssense are from last season I think, because they haven't received their ss shipment yet, and only one size remains, which leads me to that assumption....so I wouldn't go by those measurements.

maybe send ln-cc an email, they're very helpful.

Does anyone remember these drop crotch shorts by Damir Doma?
I remember they fit large but how large?
          Will a 44 fit my 48 butt & waist?

I'm a true IT 48 (CCP 50) and my DD shorts (in the 100% linen version) are a size 48. I don't see how you would fit into a 44.

                    Hi guys,

Can anyone comment on the sizing of Rick Owens SS13 dunks? I'm 43 in this years KVA's (as they run a size large), but i'm typically a 44, I like a snug fit. I'm a 44 in Doc Martens/Silent Damir Doma/45 in Chucks

                    Should I size down?

are rick's viscose/silk tees sized smaller than the cotton versions? the look smaller on the models on LVR et al. than the others.

Yes. Personally I wear the unstable cotton in size S and prefer the viscose/silk (unribbed) generally in M, but they can vary from season to season. I live in the silk/viscose and they handwash beautifully. I might get a chest measurement to be sure, but keep in mind they are stretchy/clingy but spring back after washing.

danke, I thought that might be the case.

are his ribbed tees still itsy-bitsy?

                                cross post from recent purchases.

                                need response from ph experts

besides the mac, do you guys find that you can wear a size down in the new blazer and norfolk from the size you wear in the classic, long and unlined blazers?

obviously there is variation due to fabric/season, etc. but i think the cut in the shoulders is different. less snug in the new and norfolk, so there is no need to size up to accommodate broad shoulders. curious what you guys have learned
dying and coming back gives you considerable perspective
