Sizing help

Anybody familiar with BBS swim sizing? Specifically SWIM1-F145-BLACK? I remember reading on a stockist website that they run tight and it's best to size up, but figure someone here may have a pair from this season or a previous version.

If I wear size 42.5 (US9.5) should I order 44 in guidi 992?

not terribly certain if the other people chiming in are speaking on the 992 model in particular?

in my experience, all 992s i've handled have fit two full sizes small.

many models [read: most these days] are only one size small, but maybe someone else who actually owns / wears the 992 in particular can chime in to make certain?

That actually makes me feel a little better. I am probably closer to 42 than 43, so I was worried they might be big.

well that's not very reassuring, I'm about to put down my deposit and I wanna make sure I get this right. Nothing would be worse than waiting 3 months to find out they are too big and unreturnable.

Anything I've handled has been either horse, kangaroo, or bison - and all were two full sizes small.

I was quite surprised as well. Out of four pairs this is the only one I have that fits TTS, everything else is 1 or 2 sizes samller (988 and 521).

They have been helpful and have suggested sizing up one from my EU size but my EU size is 42.5 so I would be in between sizes. It is usually best to err on the side of caution which is why I think 44 is the right size to order, but I always like to get second opinions.

i know holger is well experienced in Guidi sizing and makes a practice of actually stocking half sizes quite regularly.

When you buy shoes with upturned toes, do you buy TTS so that your toes are upturned when wearing the shoes, or do you size up so that your toes do not curl up? If you get TTS with the upturned toe, will the toebox lower over time and become more comfortable? Will a Vibram affect the lowering rate?

Do you recommend TTS or sizing up when getting shoes with upturned toes?

I'm thinking of custom ordering a dead end shirt but I'm wondering how it fits ? I heard C.C.P shirts fit rather small. I'm usually a XS/37 in shirts.

Can someone please enlighten me ? Thanks
