very slim fit brands that accomodate wider shoulders? i'm a 36S if you will, but with 17 inch shoulders which causes some trouble..

Hey guys,

I am usually a 8.5/9 in sneakers and wear 42 in MMM gats
(i measured my foot and it was 265cm)
I was wondering if I could fit into a size 41 in the Replica Oxfords or the GATs. Is there much size difference?
My 42 margiela boots are slightly larger, was wondering if this is the same case with the oxfords.

Also I am a slim 48, or 46
Was wondering if I should get the Rick Owens Stooges in a size S or M
(I have a margiela 5zip in 48 and fits right, for reference)

my margiela oxfords fit 1 size smaller than my army trainers so you'll probably be good with a 41. And you'll likely want a M in the stooges.

anyone know what a CDG flat boot that is 24 cm long inside and 28.5 cm long outside would be equivalent to in european sizes?

I find this measurement odd because my foot is longer than 24 cm, but my boots that are slightly too big are only 27.7 cm long outside, and the CDG boots aren't much different as far as thickness of leather and sole are concerned.

But sometimes, they tend to fit a big snug. But still, RO longsleeves fit snug as well so go for a 4.

I'm a sz48 /medium and i always wear a sz3....for VA bottoms i usually have to go for sz4

ok thanks for giving me the reassurance. no wonder deep down inside I couldn't make myself pull the trigger on it. major reason was the price it was going for that I wanted to give it a shot.

yeah I know it was kind of a stretch, but I was hoping since it was a vest and not the leather sleeved version, it might be more forgiving for me to take a shot at it...
I think it's a great piece regardless whether one has a closet full of RO or not. I can think of several ways it can be worn, which makes it quite versatile to have in the arsenal.

after seeing Faust's recent purchase i'm leaning even more toward purchasing a CDiem leather shirt in grey

approximately what EU size is a CDiem size 3 shirt equivalent to? in my experience one can't always trust measurements provided by y! japan sellers, so don't want to rely on that

and do they stretch with use? i've seen varying measurements for each size. not sure if it's simply because of aforementioned problem

Guess you would need to try slimming down a size.

That would be crazy that there wouldn't be anything for a size 50. You would think that they would make up to size 54 at least.

I'm a sz48/50, and i have 2 jumpers is sz3 that fit perfectly......i think they got up to size 5, so really can't see it being a problem.....very strange
