But wanted to ask, couldn't find out in a search--

Do y'all know if items purchased from Yoox come with the original tags, and with extra buttons etc in those cases? Never bought from them before...

usually with (most) tags, but often they have been damaged/cut somehow. you might get extra buttons etc. if you are lucky, and depending on how they've been included with the original garment.

Most of the items that I have purchased from Yoox have original tags attached to them along with Yoox authenticity tags that you don't want to cut if you are considering return.

The Drkshdw pieces (jeans and jackets) that I bought from Yoox came with extra buttons.
