They don't do exchanges, so you'd have to buy the other item and wait the long wait for the refund of the return.

I've never bought from Yoox...but two things I don't like about that site:

1) shoddy presentation of clothes...their pics don't do any justice (for pieces i've actually seen anyway)

2) it's supposedly an off season discount store...yet for some items the price is higher than what i might've paid when it was still in season, let alone on sale.

Yoox doesn't present the clothes well, which is why it means educated buyers get better deals.

The prices do start high and have been climbing with every season I've looked at Yoox for a while now. Nevertheless, the prices drop steadily as the months pass by and if you're patient and lucky you can snag some amazing deals.

Most importantly and above all: RETURN POLICY. Yoox's return policy is as painless as painless could be.... so much easier than any other designer clothing retailer -- online shopping with Yoox is simply as easy and convenient as it gets.

ah, was not familiar with the fact their return policy was so flexible. That's good then...one can basically use it as a service like regular shopping where they order and try on - if it doesn't fit - return. Only hassle would be shipping fees i'd imagine.

Yep, exactly. That's why you need a discount code, to make up for the shipping fees [74]

I believe Yoox provides free return shipping; however, they do charge a $5 restocking fee for each item returned.
