They give you the code in all the superstar emails, and it's even listed in your myoox page too. The physical card is just a "gimmick".

The fact is that the banner in myoox section was disappeared 10 min after i saw it yesterday and i have access to the private room ,because i found the url in the history section. No email yet and unfotunately i didn't see the code in the banner. Any help?

why not just call them?

And yes, you should've received the code via e-mail and it should show up in your myoox banner.
