It's not exactly the C-Diem leather, but I added a Raf turtleneck into my shopping cart and went to pay for it and as I was filling in my details, I clicked ''next'' and then it sent back to my Basket, and what was missing, the turtleneck :(
So I decided to buy a different one instead, this time I got to the Confirm page and it did the same thing. Must have missed out on two items by the skin of the teeth. Doh!
Let me tell you my little experience : There are many items that are hidden and can be found only in some specific search engines . One month ago i've found (in a japanese search engine) 3 dsquared items that didn't exist in the yoox brand section neither in big european search engines (shopping style etc) .I realised that there are more in other brands ,so i put some of them in my dreambox.Yesterday some of the items were sold out ,even they were still hidden (in all countries).Today i saw that these clothes could be seen in yoox's page.I believe that some people have more access and privileges than us . I've contacted with yoox and here's the reply :
"We would like to assure that the problem is not generated by a technical issue of our catalogues. It depends on our Partners, who didn't update their products. And, unfornutately, we cannot do anything."
Also last Thursday i was online a little before when the new items arrived.I remember that in one specific brand i saw 3 pages and when i clicked on the third page it showed 2 pages...Afte a while the new items where sold out...
well it hits the yoox demographic pretty well imho. it's like upscale douchebag.
Personally, I believe yoox is hit or miss. I am pretty sure on the forum you will encounter plenty of people that have purchased awesome pieces on Yoox (myself included): Just last week, an amazing grail worthy CCP coat was bought for 90% off original price. And I am sure there are there's plenty of inventory on yoox that individuals would not purchase.
So, not sure I understand the "yoox demographic" comment as it would suggest a consistent inventory and/or typical customer?
