Where does Yoox ship from? Has anyone had any difficulty with returning an item if they did not want it?

I've only had experience ordering from North America but the items are shipped to their warehouse in NJ if the item(s) are in Europe and then shipped to you. Never had an issue returning an item; it's super easy.

Don't know how many of you are into suits but there was an Armani suit there yesterday selling for 195 EUR. I added it to my basket as well as the 50 EUR belt, but then looked around for other stuff, by the time checkout came (45minsearlier), It was sold out :(

Third times it happened on Yoox, next time, Ill just buy immediately and pay the extra cost they may charge.

I ended up picking up a Armani blazer, RO vneck an DG white shirt as consolation but may end up cancelling my order. I just bought to make up for what i missed out on.
