I have bought a few things from Yoox recently and a large amount of them have had faults of one kind or another.

Same here. RO coat, a seam on the back of the neck needed a good few stitches. VA trousers, bit of a belt loop cut off. Those two I kept but have returned a few other things in the last year that had very obvious and un-repairable faults.

I wait for Yoox deliveries now not only praying the item is the correct one and that it fits, but that it will be in one piece. I did however, get a Cuban cigar in a bag!?

Where does Yoox ship from? Has anyone had any difficulty with returning an item if they did not want it?

yes, they ship out of NJ. i had an issue returing an item from belgium. it was unable to clear customs because yoox failed to provide the appopriate re-importation documents for a return. and the item was sent back to me. i contacted yoox and they said they would resolve the issue. sent the item back and the same thing happened again. after about a month and a few irrate phone calls & emails i was issued a full refund. and got to keep the item which was around 500$ usd.
