Sorry i am clueless on proxy. This will be my first time ever. Two questions:

Emailed yesterday to rakuten, tenso (who seems to be the forwarding service for rakuten) , but no reply yet

1) how do i go about talking to someone to lower the value so i dont get hit by customs ?

2) will i be hit by customs since tax is paid in japan already ?

3) would i be better off using sharpservice to proxy ? They quoted me :

Item Price - 83,790 yen
5% Fee - 4,190 yen
Domestic Bank Charge - 350 yen
Domestic Shipping - 900 yen
International EMS Shipping - 3,600 yen

TOTAL = 92,830 yen

4) says there are additional shipping fee, but doesn't tell me the cost. How will i know what i will be billed ?
