Click on report item. It's against ebay policy to reverse the shipping charges with the cost of the item.

Actually it's moronic on the sellers part, someone could buy his item and then put a claim after they receive it for excessive shipping and he'd have to refund the overcharge to the buyer, at least it used to work that way. I once had this happen to me when I sold a pair of boots. I charged $25 to ship and ended up using a flat rate box and the buyer put a claim on it for the $8 which eBay made me pay back with threat of negative feedback and or account limitation

Honestly, I never really mind paying an extra $5-10 over the actual shipping cost because nobody's time is free and going to the post offices sucks...
