They've been there for a while. Not their better stuff IMO. Best deals I've seen on 10 Sei 0 Otto were on FarFetch.. ~40% off in their last winter sale with free shipping.

FYI there was a bunch of 10 Sei 0 Otto stuff that made it to sub-$100 last fall...yoox prices on 10 Sei stuff were damn good last season when they hit sale...

I never really got the Cloak hype... Is it merely for melancholical reasons, looking back et al and I just missed it back then? Similar to DH by Slimane?

The fact that they designed innovative garments of very high quality definitely helped create a solid following. I would suspect that the reason this is hard to see is because their outstanding garments are rarely resold. Instead most things that find their way in the classifieds and elsewhere are shirts, jeans and the occasional jacket. I for one never got why this hoodie is so coveted. In my view it has not aged very well.

I have the waxed cotton jacket version of that hoodie and it is amazing. To really understand the construction, especially of the sleeve, you kind of have to dig your hands in it. Even though it nearly ten years old, if it came out today it would still seem new and interesting. As merz said, it also fits right in with what I wear now.

Coincidentally, this was the first winter where I did not feel compelled to wear my wool flight jacket. It's served me long though. It's hard to believe it was 9 years ago.
