^To each his own, but it's definitely a good deal. I bet you've never even worn that InAisce shearling. Other than the one Jona put out this season, it's one of the best pieces of leather and construction out there. $1600 is a steal and it's warm and substantial. I guess you expect legit shearlings to cost like $500. haha

^^Yeah, I agree. I personally think the current season one is hands down the best shearling I've ever tried on. So tempted to throw down the cash..... The one at the link above is a great fit and feels and looks better than the images. I prefer the "all black" version, but for that price, it's worth it if you need a super warm winter piece!

The throne collar and finish on the current season one is just sick though!

For those wondering re: the 'select box' jacket posted previously, it was not mislabeled. It is a replica jacket, made in Italy. Select Box is apparently a Japanese brand. Whether it has a connection to Rick Owens like Olmar and Mirta I do not know. Here is a picture of the tags.

On another note, it was definitely a disappointment and news to me that YOOX would sell such a blatant copy; is this common practice for the company? I rarely order from them. If this is inappropriate for the 'good finds' thread, I'll move it to the retailer thread. Lemme know!

Yoox is a discounter. They wouldn't know if something was a "replica" and wouldn't care if you told them. They sold the jacket under its proper brand, so I see nothing wrong done on their part.

Did you buy it? The big seam across the front is a pretty revealing detail.
