I don't ever recall seeing a non-Asian speak out against Asian stereotypes/racism, which just shows how accepted it is to act that way towards Asians, so I have to say that this is really cool of you.

In the U.S at least, this minority group has had it so damn well in terms of educational, and economic achievements, there really hasn't been a major need for them to ban together. Hell, here in N.Y, pretty much all the elite public high schools have Asians making up a very large portion of the student body, whites making up almost the rest of the whole, with black, and latinos making up whatever percentage is left. This is also the case in states like California. They're trying to change the test in order to get in because theres little to no black and latinos. Unlike these two groups, the Asian community as a whole doesn't have its Al Sharpton, to put someone on blast for saying something stupid about a certain racial group. Which is why that Jimmy Kimmel incident recently, with the kid saying to bomb China in order to get out of repaying debt, was aired. Everyone knows if the kid were to replace Chinese, with black, or Jewish, that would have never aired despite the fact that the segment on his show is meant to be taken light heartily.

I think another factor is just the general passive/submissive nature of Asian culture. Yeah, that seems to be changing with younger generations, but for so long, people could run their mouths about Asians and expect little repercussion.
