i'm the same, and the cloak people always put me in a medium, and i got this peacoat in a medium too. however, now after wearing ccp i think i would be a small, as the medium feels less fitted, but more prone to layering.

I'd say small. I'm a 46 to 48 and wear a small in Cloak with room for light layering.

I'll third this peacoat. I had the chance to nab the XS at the Cloak store last year, slept on it, came back two days later and they sold it. Now it comes back to haunt me in a yahoo.jp auction! It is an amazing piece!
