I love the concept of how they'll change the way you walk since your foot isn't exactly in place when you lift it up during motion.

... at the same time the key deterrent for me is that I'd essentially always wear them under pants/jeans and so they'd look exactly like the diagonal zips... and then what's the point. There are limited styling methods with the elephant boots (that don't look kooky) and thus aren't too versatile in that sense.

Lovely as an art piece though... the laminated leather sole is a nice touch as well :)

tucked in....(i believe those are the all blk version.)

The upper is higher and more crooked/wrinkled than that of the diag zipper boots which gives a very chunky look. And i was not sure.
