oki ni order



Fellow members,

I ordered the RO cardigan in Small from Oki-ni last week. I have a GIGANTIC chest and as this item runs huge I bought the small.. I emailed oki-ni and instructed them to mark as gift or with a lower value. They replied they would not do this. Anyway, today, my doorman gives me the package and there were no extra charges associated with the purchase. I used the EUROBLUES code and I live in New York.. When do they charge this VAT or tax? and how do they notify you of such a bill?.. as for me, so far, it seems there are no extra taxes/fees for this at the moment..
