I picked them up. Worst case scenario (if they don't fit) then they'll just go back up on ebay.

I'm thinking of cutting them down, and maybe even installing a zipper up the back since the two leather layers are not fused/ stitched to each other it seems.

haha, yeah I knew i had to act fast... even that pair that people were talking about on here a few days ago from California sold for $750+ even sans laces and with terrible photos!

I sort of regret putting this up here just since I'm so tempted, but I think it might be a little too large for me. Actually, I think it's probably a good 3-4 inches too large in the chest. Damnit.

I have been staring at this for a while as well...I didnt see this on the runway...a variation of the cardigan I assume. Price is right, just not sure if I really like it...lots of cloak items on ebay right now, either priced too high or just plain mediocre.

i've got that piece, same color. i actually chose it over the black (like i need more black). it is pretty wearable, i don't think i'd get it for the BIN price, though. but i think it was $350 or so retail.. i don't know, maybe i would spend the BIN. i do like it a lot, but i worry about how it will hold up long-term.

I'm the opposite, even though I wear a lot of black I could use more pieces that are either weird fabrics or different cuts. I thought this would look cool with a black shirt under it, with the black showing through the the more distressed areas. It might be because a lot of the designs I've been working on for some of my pieces right now play off the same idea of black+white showing through one another in different ways. I think I'd probably have picked this up if it was in black is basically what I'm saying.

Ann Demeulemeester (listed under Dior Homme, lol) beige asymmetric jacket with knit cuffs/hem from this winter, size L. Too bad, it's too big for me, else I'd consider it. The knit looks really lovely, although I'd hope they're not uber-fragile.
