Mike is right about the Guidis. I have the identical reverse calf lace-ups in a 44 and they fit sooooper small. I'd kill for those 45s. ARGH!
In fact they fit small even relative to other Guidis. I also have a pair of back zips in a 44 and I have tons more room. The lace-ups have a much lower toe box.
