In my experience, all of my MA+ coats are sized up. I'm a 46 who wears MA+ 48's. It totally depends, though. I've tried on 46's that were huge on me. His sizing is notoriously WTF.

i have that m.a+ coat in size 46; it's more or less true to size. the structure flares out a bit below the waist and is otherwise fitted towards the chest and shoulders. the linen in the blend really molds well with wear.

Just a cautious note,the corner one is the shorter version while the auction was for the longer.

There is an under arm stripe to hold the position of the flaps,while being optional,it does differentiate the sizing.My jackets size in RO is M(48 for most others),and with stripe tied,the size S humpback almost prevented me from breathing.(I wore simply a thin top at the time.)
