I think it is a huge steal... considering how rare strip vests are and such, let alone it being a size small which is very wanted. I personally would never be able to fit into it.

The Guidis used to be mine and if you are a true 44 grab them, The reverse calf is awesome on the boots , going from smooth on the toe box to rugged reverse rest of the boot. The few times I did wear them got crazy compliments.
