It buttons like a womens, and if I recall its really cropped (almost no difference in length between a M to a XS), but regardless...savings!

Just to update (if anyone actually cares), got the jacket (women's Drkshdw denim w/leather sleeves from Yoox) today, but it is way too small...fits like a men's XXS plus sleeves are super skin tight. Also, felt really retarded when my hands/brain could not figure out how to button up the jacket in reverse. So, now waiting for indecisive wife to decide if she wants it or not before returning.
