Yoox seems to think that the "Comme des Garcons" line is for men, when it's the women's line. They put a lot of it in the men's section, especially when it looks masculine (which it often does). To my knowledge, if the tag only says Comme des Garcons (no Homme, Homme Plus, Homme Deux, etc.), it's women's.

That being said, there's nothing saying a guy couldn't wear these. Even the button is on the men's side (as it is for the entire CDG women's line). I bought a pair of ladies pants from them recently that were being sold as men's, but I still kept them because they fit great...they were a size M and I'm typically a SM.
