Would have to agree with this poster if the measurements posted by the seller are accurate. Maybe 43.5. Most of my footwear is 30-30.5cm and I'm a 42 in MA+.

Inner sole 29 cm - 11.4 in
Ousole 31 cm - 12.2 in

If I may, 31cm outsole seems closer to 43 than 44

Depends on the shape of your foot & on the model probably... I know I succeeded to fit in a pair of Guidi 46 once at l'E, and just getting my foot in was a pain in the ass (seemed to be ok once I was in).
Not even sure their sizing is consistent, maybe sometimes 46s' outsole is 32,5/33??

I am a true 44 (maybe 44.5). I have some size 46 in model 988. If I get another pair, I'll get 45s. They're super-tight to start, but they stretch out so much...

I've contacted the seller and he says that insole for 698 is 28.5 cm, 29 cm probably being the measurement for other pair (699) which was sold. Obviously, in Guidi geometry, 45 may fit larger than 46, even for almost the same model, same materials, same season.

It may fit 44. Then again, it might not. Throw a coin.

Treasurehoard has a bunch of great deals on pre-owned clothing, such as this Y's Yohji Yamamoto skirt that should be a basic in any woman's closet.

They sent me something recently, and I was completely blown away by how great and generous they were. They went absolutely out of their way on Labor Day to send me something expedited!
