All I know is, whenever something looks shifty, but the seller has 100% feedback, I check on toolhaus, and it never fails, there is no actual written comments. If you operate a moderately large store or clothing line you don't normally have the the bandwidth (money/time/attorneys) to chase down small sellers with only a minimal amount of fake garments. It may seem easy to think that you could just send a cease & desist letter to the seller who is offering the fakes but if you have no intent to actually enforce then the letter is meaningless and actually compromises your IP rights.
That seller is not to be trusted that is for sure.Comment
