^^I grew up on a farm in VA before getting out. It happens. :) Also, NoVA is incredibly liberal since basically everyone in DC lives in Northern VA.

That particular seller puts up an amazing amount of clothing on Ebay at fantastic prices. Oddly, that M.A+ orange leather has been up for aaaaaaages, even though it's a killer deal. Although, orange is hard to pull off.

I'm pretty sure they/he/her is/are a member here. There was a PH hat that was posted in the Yoox thread, which was instantly sold out. A week later, it was listed under their eBay name. I've seen some Julius jeans that sold for cheap. If you look back on their feedback, a pair of leather MA+ pants were sold. I was gonna inquire about them, but was sold within a day it was listed. The seller is excellent btw I - bought from them a few times.

Just be aware this is not a 'standard' Augusta boot.
Several years ago (this model must be 2009ish) Augusta did 2 different lines of boot.
One with the standard heavy, multi layered leather sole (which is what we all know and love) and a cheaper thinner single layered sole (which is what this boot is)
Still a great price, but a buyer should be aware that it's not a £1300 boot originally. It's a cheaper version.

No to put a continuous downer on cheap/goid find Augusta, but I'm sure I read somewhere here or in another forum that somebody checked these US sz9 out IRL at Barneys, and they was a fault with them.

when it looks like its too good to be true, it usually is......

especially when the last pair is one of the most popular sizes in the world....

Barneys had this boot as well as the FW2011 linen covered boot in multiple sizes around December. they were all gone recently so maybe this was a return? I haven't heard anything about damages but that could be true but would be fucked up.

^^My guess is that the buyer of them didn't know what the boot "should" look like. Plenty of Augusta (and other designers) boots "look damaged" because no two pairs look alike.

If those fit you, they are a great deal, unless they are missing the entire soul or someone set them on fire or poured acid on them or kicked a skunk or.................

If it's too good to be true statement isn't always the case. I just got a a $2550 piece for $765 from current season, no damage, beautiful.

Sometimes you get lucky and sometimes people reward you with discounts for simply being nice and sometimes people online just make mistakes with pricing and you take advantage. :)
