a size 52 of the rain shirt was on ebay not too long ago. so they definitely do pop-up. i'd suggest you find it in a 50 b/c it runs kinda small. the size 52 i have fits me well b/c of the really high armholes of the shirt. it fits similarly to the size 50 slant placket button up shirt i have.
