yeah pretty sure ma+ isn't that bad on sizing. A 50 would probably fit too. I'm a 50 in my deep v-neck ma+

Well, depending on how bad you want it, you could always email them and do a custom order. Otherwise, go to the website and start calling the listed stockists.
The only places I have seen it thus far is Mattotti and Ardstaff, neither of which have a 50 though.
